Regular meeting of the City Planning & Zoning Commission.
Present were Warren Fuller, J.A. Horton and Frank Douglass.
Meeting was opened with a prayer by Warren Fuller.
Motion by J.A. Horton, second by Frank :Douglass to approve and
adopt Resolution No. 3, making recommendations to the City Council
of approval of re-zoning request of Mrs. Macie Austin. This request
concernes the re-zoning of one acre of land out of the John Groves
Survey, Tract 3A, abstract # 599, from Single Family Dwelling to
"B" Local Business. Vote in favor was unanimous.
Meeting adjourned.
