A Special meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission net on Tuesday May
22, 1962.
Those present were Warren Fuller, J.A. Horton, Henry Uselton, Jr., B.A.
iiiiwSmith and Frank Douglas.
Procedure for change of zoning policy presented by the City Attorney as
attached. Motion made by B.A. Smith to adopt as of this date the afore said
procedure. Seconded by F.B. Douglas, approved by unanimous vote.
Motion by Henry Uselton, Jr. that in the event of a special called meeting
being held, attendance of all members of said Commission must be present and
accounted for and unanimous vote necessary for carrying proposal. Seconded by
J.A. Horton, approved by unanimous vote.
Meeting adjourned.
