A Public Hearing called by the Euless Planning & Zoning Commission, was
held on April 23, 1962. Those present were: Warren Fuller, Henry Uselton, and
J.A. Horton.
The Public Hearing was held on the petition of Mr. B.L. Baker/to change
the zoning designation on 108 acres of land, more or less, out of the Kitty
House Survey, Abst. # 678 from residential to Commercial.
Adjacent property owners present were:
Mr. J.O. Nichols - In favor of change
Mr. B.F. Hill - In favor of change
Mrs. Minnie Morse - In favor of change
Mr. B.S. Heyser - Letter attached in favor of change
In as much as there were no adjacent property owners appearing to protest
this change in zoning, motion was made by J.A. Horton and seconded by Henry
Uselton to approve Mr. Bakers request for the zoning change. Vote in favor
was unanimous.
Motion by J.A. Horton, second by Henry Uselton to approve second filing
ilar of Euless Industrial Park as presented by Mr. John Ball, previously zoned
Commercial. Vote in favor was unanimous.
Meeting adjourned.
