A regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of
Euless, Texas met on Tuesday, February 13, 1962. Those of the Commission
present were Warren Fuller, Chairman, Dan Peters, Secretary, Al Simmons
Ed Smith and J. A. Horton.

The Commission considered presentation of Mr. John Ball on the
width of the Righty of Way to be provided on Harwood Road and the amount
of street paving to be done on said Harwood Road adjoining the Green
Hills Addition.
After due consideration and discussion, a motion was made by
Al Simmons, seconded by J. A. Horton to approve a 60 foot right of way
with 44 feet of paving, with recommendation that if necessary the said
Harwood Road not have on street parking allowed. All members present
voted in favor of the motion, and the motion carried.
