NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CHANGE OF ZONING ORDINANCE NO, 33
AFFECTING MINIMUM LOT WIDTH REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM SQUARE
FOOTAGE REQUIREMENTS FOR DWELLINGS.
On the G day of 7-0410-4/of , 196 Z at
7 :00 P.M. , a Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning
and Zoning Commission of the City of Euless in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall of Euless , Texas, concerning a pro-
posed amendment of Zoning Ordinance No. 33 , and subsequent
amendments thereto, such proposed amendment requires a minimum
lot width of sixty-five (65) feet at the front building line
and , further, requires that no dwelling be constructed in a
single-family dwelling district with less than 1,050 square
feet in dwelling space , exclusive of porches, breezeways and
garages .
That such amendments are to be as follows :
1. That Ordinance No. 33 , Section 8, be amended
to read as follows :
L "No dwelling shall be constructed in a single-
family dwelling district with less than 1,050 square
feet of floor space , exclusive of porches, breezeways
and garages . "
g 2. That Ordinance No. 33 , Section 12 , Sub-section
(c) , be amended to read as follows :
"Width of Lot : The minimum width of a lot shall
be 65 feet at the front building line , provided that
where a lot has less width than herein required in
separate ownership at the time of the passage of this
ordinance , this regulation will not prohibit the
erection of one single-family dwelling on a lot less
than 65 feet at the front building line.
At the above place and time , parties in interest and
all citizens of the City of Euless shall have an opportunity
to be heard, concerning the proposed change and amendment of
Zoning Ordinance No . 33 .
