The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of
Euless, Texas was held on November 28, 1961. Those of the Commission pre-
sent were : Warren Fuller, Chairman; Dan Peters, Secretary; J.A. Horton
and Ed Smith.

The Commission considered Preliminary Plat of Green Hills
Park Addition to Euless, Texas by Centro Development Corporation on 100
acres of land out of the J.M. Cummings, Survey, Which plat contained the
necessary corrections as specified in the Planning and Zoning Commission
meeting of November 14, 1961. Motion was made by Dan Peters, seconded by
J.A. Horton to approve the Preliminary Plat as submitted. All members
present voted in favor of it.

The Commission considered Final Plat of Euless Industrial Park
as considred ih meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Novem-
ber 14, 1961. Motion by J.A. Horton, seconded by Dan Peters to approve
the prathimimmgmpthsah Final Plat of Euless Industrial Park. All members
present voted in favor of it.

No further business to be considred, the Commission adjourned.
