The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of Euless was held on
November 14, 1961. Those of the Commission present were: Warren Fuller, Chairman,
411111,. Ban Peters, Secretary, J.A. Horto and Al Simmons.

The Commission considered revised plat of Municipal Service Co. Subdivision of
a part of the J.P. Raiford ;Survey. Motion was made by Al Simmons, seconded by J.A.
Horton to approve the revision. All members present voted in favor of it.

The Commission considered preliminary plat of Euless Industrial District of
18 acres of land located at the southwest intersection of Highway 183 and Heather Dr. ,
and bounded on the southeast and south by Pipeline Rd. This same land it was brought
d6 &be attention of the Commission had already been zoned commercial, consequently
it was not necessary to consider rezoning of the property to Commercial. Motion was
made by Dan Peters, seconded by J.A. Horton to approve t'e preliminary plat. All
„ members present voted in favor of it.

The Commission considered preliminary plat of. Green H ills Park Addition to
Euless, Texas by Centro Development Corporation on 100 acres of land out of the
J.M. Cummings Survey. The Commission recommended that all lots be brought up to
7500 squ are foot minimum, and that a 60 ft sr right of way be provided on one of
the streets planned in the addition. Also that 25 feet of the North side aof the
property be left for a future street of right of way if and when the property to
Atm the north is developed. * Mr. John R. Ball, Jr.1 enginner, advised the Commission
that he would revise the plat as recommended and awould resubmit it to the Commission.
No further business to be considered, the commission adjourge1.
