A special meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of Euless, Texas was
held on October 17, 1961. Those of the Commission present were: Al Simmons,
Ed Smith, J.A. Horton and Dan Peters, Secretary, with Al Simmons acting as
Chairman, in the absence of Warren Fuller, Chairman,

The Commission considered final Plat of Oakwood Terrace, 5th Filing, an Addition
to the City of Euless, Texas. Motion was made by J.A. Horton, seconded by Ed
Smith to approve the Final Plat, provided proper provision is made for drainage
of water from the addition across Simmons Drive and, further that no building
permits will be issued on any lots facing Simmons Drive until necessary arrange-
ments are made for permanent curbing and paving of Si;mons Drive to me the City
of Euless street specifications. All members of the Commission present voted in
favor of the motion.
