September 26, 1961
Any The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of Euless, Texas was
held on September 26, 1961. Those of the Commission present were: Warren
Fuller, Chairman, Alter Horton, Ed Smith, and Al Simmons, acting as secretary in
the absence of Dan Peters.

Ned Colvertrequested the approval of 3 acres: bounded by Highway 18,3 North,
wider Drive East, County Road (old Pipeline Road) to be zoned commercial
for local business. Plat5aftached.

The commission considered the Fifth Filing, Tract A, Block 10 Oakwood Terrace L ;
corner Pipeline, Simmons Drive submitted by Tri-Cities Development Corp.
Motion made by Al Simmons, seconded by Alter Horton, all members present
voted unanimously with the stipulation that a 5' to 6' fence be put at the
rear of the property.

The Commission considered the preliminary plat of Oakwood Terrace, fifth section,
presented by Tri-Cities Development Corp.. All restrictions having been met,
a motion was made by Al Simmons .and seconded by Alter Horton, to approve the
preliminary plat. Motion carried.
IV
The Commission witnessed the presentation of Wisenbacker & Fitch Master Plan
r to the City Council and approved the general plan.

Warren Fuller presented a request for zoning classification change from "A"
residential to "A-2" Duplex on the following described property:
Lots 2, 3, 11, 12, 13, & 14 in Fuller Addition of the city of Euless,
Texas.
A motion was made by J. A. Horton and seconded by Ed Smith, all members
present voted unanimously. Notice will be given for presentation for
public hearing.
No further business to be considered, the commission adjourned.
