Special called meeting of the City of Euless Planning & Zoning
Commission met on August 29, 1961. Those of the Commission present
were Warren Puller, Dan Peters and Bd Smith,
The Commission held Public Nearing on change of zoning request
to District "B" Local Business Tract "A" of Block 10, Oakwood Terrace
Addition, 4th filing as revised from original submitted, presented to
the Commission and considered by same in a public hearing on May 5,
1961.
Motion made by Dan Peters, second by Bd Smith to refuse the
zoning change requested by Tri-Cities Development. All members present
voted in favor of it.
No further business to be considered the Commission adjourned.
