A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT TO
CITY COUNCIL CONCEIVING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES
AND AMENDMENTS IN ORDINANCE NO. 33 (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Planning & Zoning Commission
of Euless, Texas:
I.
That after careful study and due consideration, the
City Planning & Zoning Commission is of the opinion and
recommends that Zoning Ordinance No.- 33 be amended, modified
and Changed to provide for Multiple Family Dwelling Areas,
allowing erection, establishment and maintenance of apart-
ment houses and duplex units within prescribed zoning use
districts in the City of Mess, Texas.
II.
That a signed copy of this Rrrlution shall be delivered
to the City Council and shall constitute the report and
recommendation of the City Planning & Zoning Commission.
