The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of Euless, Texas was
''eld on July 11, 1961. Those of the Commission present were: Warren Fuller,
,,.iairman, Dan Peters, Secretary, J.A. Horton and Al Simmons.

The Commission considered Preliminary Plat of Morrisdale Addition to the City of
Euless, Texas submitted by Paul Huffhines owner, Bob Harvey Surveyor covering land
out of the J.W. Haynes Survey, Abst. 768 and H. Hust Survey, Abst. No. 657.
Motion was made by Al Simmons, seconded by J.A. Horton to approve the Preliminary
Plat as shown. All members present voted unanimously.

The Commission considered Final Plat on Wilshire Village Section No . 2 submitted
by Herman Smith, owner and developer. Motion made by Dan Peters, seconded by Al
Simmons to approve the Plat as submitted. All member present voted unanimously.
No further business to be considered, the commission adjourned.
