The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of Euless, Texas was
held on June 27, 1961. Those of the Commission present were: Warren Fuller,
'6:0 airman; Dan Peters, Secretary; J. A. Horton; Al Simmons and Ed Smith.
The Commission considered Preliminary Plat of the S.W. Mills Subdivision 2nd
Filing on which platting a continuation of Mills Drive north to Highway 183 is
provided. Mention was made Dan Peters, seconded by Al Simmons to approve the plat.
All members voted in favor.

The Commission considered Plat submitted by Dan Peters on dedication of a 50 foot
street through the Dan Peters tract as a continuation of Park Drive south to Hiway
183. Motion was made by Warren Fuller, seeonded by Al Simmons to approve the plat.
All members present voted in favor.

The Commission considered request of Dan Peters and Tommy Peters for change in
Zoning Designation from District "A" residential to District "B" Local Business
of two tracts of land out of the A. Huitt Survey, Abstract No. 684, being one tract
of laid of 1.29 acres of land and one tract of land of 0.63 acres of land, both of
which tracts shown by plat submitted and described by metes and bounds. Motion was
made by Ed Smith to approve the Zoning Designation to District "B" Local Business,
seconded by J.A. Horton. All members present voted in favor.

No further business to be considered the Commission adjourned.
