The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commisssion of Euless
Texas was held on March. 14, 1961 at 7 :00 P ". Those of the Commission
present were : Warren Fuller, Chairman, Dan Peters, Secretary, J.A.Horton
and Al Simmons.

The Commission considered petition of E.H. Massey for change of
Zoning Designation on 2 acres of land out of the A.J. Huitt Survey as
described by metes and bounds from Zone "C" Commercial and Zone "A"
Residential to all Zone "C". Motion made by J. A. Horton and seconded
by Al Simmons to approve the zoning change as requested subject to a
public hearing on such change. All members of the commission present
voted in favor of it.

X for Zoning Commission considered petition of Tri-Cities Development Co.
oning Designation to Local Business Zone "B" of Tract A, Block 10
Oakwood Terrace Addition, 4th Filing to the City of Euless. Motion made
by Al Simmons, seconded by J.A. Horton to approve the Zoning Designation
as requested subject to a public hearing„ All members present voted in
favor of it.

The Commission considered Final Plat of Oakwood Terrace East Addition,
2nd Section by Tri-Cities Dev Co. . Motion made by J.A.Horton, seconded by
Al Simmons to approve the Final Plat . All members present voted in favor
of it.
IV
The Commission considered plat of Municipal Service Co. change in
)( Zoning designation of Tracts "C", "D", "E", " r► , "G","H", "I" "J." as
- shown on plat submitted to the commission, out of the J.P. Halford Survey,
to Local Business Zone "B". Motion made by J. A. Horton, 'seconded by Al
Simmons to hold a public hearing on the Zoning Designation. All ruembers
present voted in favor of it.
