January 24, 1961
The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of Euless,
Texas was held on Tuesday, January 24, 1961. Those of the Commission
present were Warren Fuller, Chairman, Dan Peters, Secretary, J.A.Horton
and Commission appointee Al Simmons.
I
The Commission considered written petition and request of William G.
Fuller, owner of 24.950 acres of land out of the John Groves Survey,
as described by metes and bounds as Tract 4 of 12.608 acres of land
and Tract 5 of 12.342 acres of land, for a change of zoning designation
from "A" Residential and "C" Commercial to all "C" Commercial.

Motion was made by J.A. Horton, seconded by Dan Peters that the Zoning
request of Mr. William G. Fuller by approved. All members of the Commission
present voted in favor of the motion.

The Commission considered Preliminary Sketch of Wilshire Village an
Addition to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, out of the A.P .
Downing and Terrell Jasper Surveys, submitted by Wilshire Development
Corp., P.O. Box 123, Hurst, Texas, represented by Mr. Herman Smith.

After carefull consideration and discussion, motion was made by Dan Peters,
seconded by Al Simmons that the addition as shown on the sketch by
approved. All members of the Commission present voted in favor of the
motion.
No further business to be considered the Commission adjourned.
