The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of Euless,
Texas was held on October 25, 1960.
I
Those of the Commission present were: warren Fuller, Chairman; Dan
Peters, Secretary ; J. A. Horton ana Billy Randall.
II
The Commission considered the Tommy Peters Subdivision of Lots 1, 2, 3
and "A", an Addition to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas out
of the A.J. Huitt Survey, owned by Tommy Peters and Win. C. Bryan.
III
Motion was made by J. E . Horton seconded by Billy Randall to approve the
subdivision. All members present voted in favor of the motion.
IV
The Commission considered the . . Lnderson ;,u.rdivision of Lot 24,
Block 13, Bell Ranch Terrace Addition, Tarrant County, Texas into Lots
24-R-1; 24-R-2; 24-R-3; 24-R-4; 24-R-5 owned by J. S. Anderson and Lot
24-R-6 owned by Joe Umphress.

Motion was made by Billy Randall seconded by J.A. Horton to approve the
subdivision. All members present voted in favor of the motion.
VI
The Commission considred Preliminary Plat of Oak Crest Estates #2 Addition
being 73.6 acres out of the G.W. Matthews Survey and Zoning of Lot "A" in
Block 23 to Local Business.
VII
Notion made by J.A. Horton seconded by Dan Peters to approve the subdivi-
sion, provided all lots meet the minimum square footage requirements of
the City of Euless and to approve the Zoning Designation of Lot "A" in
Block 23 to Local Business.
