460,The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of Euless,
Texas was held on August 9, 1960. Those of the Commission present
were : Warren Fuller, Chairman, J. A. Horton, M. E. Merrill and Dan
Peters, Secretary.

The Commission considered Platting of Lots 1, 2, 3 & 4 of Block 1,
Oakwood Terrace Addition, 3rd Filing, owned by Tri-Cities Development
out of the A.J. Huitt Survey, Tarrant County, Texas . 7otion made by
J. A. Horton, seconded by Y. E. Merrill to approve the plat. All members
of the Commission present voted in favor of the motion.

The Commission considered Platting of Lots 17 thru 34, Block 1O; Lots
2 thru 27, Block 12 and Block 13, Oakwood Terrace Addition Fourth Filing,
owned by Tri-Cities Development Corp, out of the A.J. Huitt Survey,
Tarrant County, Texas . Motion made Dan Peters , seconded by J. A. Horton
to approve the plat. All members of the Commission present voted in
favor of the motion.
No further business to be considered, the Commission adjourned at 7 :30PM.
