The regualar meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commissicn of
Euless, Texas was held on July 26, 1960. Those of the Commission
present were: Warren Fuller, Chairman, J. A. Horton and M.E.
Merrill.

The Commission considered request of Western Hills Corp. for a
change in Zoning Designation from Residential District "A" to
Commercial District, Zone "C" of two tracts of land; one tract
being 7.317 acres of land out of the A.M. Downing Su rvey,
Tarrant County, Texas as described by metes and bounds, and,
the other tract being a lot with dimensions of 125 feet by
110 feet by 121 feet by 185 feet an out of the A. M. Downing
Survey, as more particularly described by metes and bounds,
both of said tracts identified by survey plats submitted to the
Commission.

The Commission noted that no Consideration need be given to the
Zoning request on thelot as it fronts on Hi-Way 183 and is auto-
matically zoned Commercial District "C" by ordinance to a depth
of 300 feet.

Motion was made by J. A. Horton and seconded by M.E. Merrill to
approve the Zoning change request on the 7.317 acres to Commercial
District, Zone "C". All members present voted in favor of the
motion

No further business to consider, the meeting was adjourned.
