The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of
Euless, Texas, was held on June 28, 1960
I
Those of the Commission present were: Warren Fuller, Chairman,
Dan Peters, Secretary, J. A. Horton and Billy Randall.

The Commission considered request and plat of Johnson*Campbell
Lumber Co. for subdivision of approx. 13.66 acres of land out
of the A.J. Huitt Survey into 44 lots and styled "PARK CRESTMOOR
Unit No. 2" An Addition to the City of Euless, Tarrant County,
Texas

Motion made by Dan Peters and seconded by Billy Randall that the
subdivision plat be approved. All members present voted in favor
of the motion.
IV
The Commission considered request of Johnson-Campbell Lumber Co.
to correct Lots 17 and 18, Block 4, Park Crestmoor Addition as
shown by plat and such lots to be styled Lots 17-R and 18-R.
V
Motion was made by J. A. Horton to approve the correction and
seconded by Billy Randall. All members present voted in favor
of the motion.
