The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of Euless, Texas,
was held on May 31, 1960, at 7:15 P. M.
I
Those of the Commission present were : -arren Fuller, Chairman; Dan Peters,
:secretary; J. A. Horton and W. E. i'errill.

The Commission considered request of the Hurst-Euless Recreation Center, Inc.
by and through its agent and nominee hr. falter Cober, owners of a 25.8 acre
tract of land as shown by plat submitted to the Commission and of the A. M.
Downing Survey for zoning to District "C11 Commercial. The Commission also
considered request of Ur. Clark McKelvey, owner of a 16 acre tract out of the
A. M. Downing Survey, as described by metes and bounds for zoning to District
"CI" Commercial. Both tracts of land being adjacent to each other.

Motion was made by J. A. Horton that the zoning request of Hurst-Euless
Recreation Center, Inc. and Clark McKelvey be granted. The motion was
seconded by Merrill. All members present voted in favor of it.

No further business to be considered, the meeting was adjourned.
