February 16, 1960
The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of Euless, Texas,
was held on February 16, 1960, at 7:00 P. M.
I
Those of the Commission present were : arren Fuller, Chairman, Dan Peters,
Secretary, Bill -Randall, J. A. Horton and M. E. Merrill.

The Commission considered preliminary Plat of L. H. Fuller for partial develop-
ment of Shady Oaks Addition an Addition to Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, out
of the L. J. I uitt Survey.

Motion was made by Bill Randall, seconded by J. A. Horton to reject the -olatt-
ing, until L. H. Fuller plats entire acreage and allows for Continuation of
Cummum Drive to connect with Oak Crest -Estates Addition to the South. All
members of the Commission voted in favor of rejecting the platting for the rea-
sons stated.

The Commission considered request of Ernest Nillican for rezoning of Lots
H, J, K, L, M, N of the Millican Subdivision of Tracts 4 and 5 of the Llexander-
Collum Subdivision to tie City of Euless, Texas, out of the A. J. Huitt Survey,
Tarrant County, Texas, from Residential Zone "A" to Commercial Pone "C".

Motion made by Dan Peters, seconded by M. E. Merrill to approve the re-zoning
request. 111 present voted in favor.

The Commission considered request of Mr. Ed Baker for zoning of a 130 acre
tract out of the Kitty House Survey, Abstract 678, in Tarrant County, Texas,
for Zone C - Commercial - Heavy Industry.

Motion made by M. E. Merrill and seconded by J. A. Horton to approve the Zon-
ing request of Mr. Baker and also to express the future attitude of the City
of Euless Planning and zoning Commission to maintain Zone "C" - Commercial
Zoning on all land South of Highway Ho. 183 and South of Pipe Line Road as
indicated on future use master ,plan for the City of Euless, Texas.

No further business to be considered the meeting was adjourned.
