The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of Euless,
Texas was held on September 1, 1959, at 7130 P.M.
1.
Those of the Commission present were: Warren Fuller, Chairman,
Dan Peters Secretary, and Bill Randall. Of the public invited to
attend, present were Mr. & Mrs. F. 0. Qenseke.

Written notice by postal mail was delivered by letters dated August
20, 1959, to Mr. & Mrs. F. 0, Genseke, Euless, Texas, Johnson-Campbell
Co., 2241 Jacksboro Highway, Fort Worth, Texas and Mr. Ray Woods, 7047
Currin Drive, Dallas, Texas on the re-zoning request of Dan Peters for
re-zoning of 3.84 acres from "A" Zone Residential to Commercial Zoning
District "C". Mr. and Mrs. F. U. Genaeke were the only parties who
responded and were present at the meeting.

The re-zoning request of Dan Peters was discussed and reviewed, and,
no objection was made to it, The re-zoning of said 3.84 acres of
land from "A" Zone Residential to Commercial Zoning District "C" was
therefore approved by all present.
4.
No further business to be considered the commission meeting was
adjourned at 8:30 P.J .
