The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of
Euless, Texas was held on August 18, 1959, at 8:00 PM.
Those present were: 1 arren Fuller, Chairman, Dan Ceters, leeretary
lerrill and Altar Horton.

The Commission considered written request of Dan eters, owner of
the pro, erty, to a, rove re-zoning of 3.84 acres of land out of the
A. • , uitt survey, Tarrant County, Texas from "A" Zone Residential
to Cor' ercial Zoning District "C". Motion was made by M. 1,3. Verrill
and seconded by Altar Horton to approve the request, subject to
written notice by U. S. nail to all property owners within 200 feet
of the 3.84 acres to appear on the next regular meeting at 7:30 P.1 .
September 1, 1959, to voice any objection. The motion by M. E. Merrill
(kw was seconded by Altar Norton. All members preaent voted in favor of
the motion.

No further business to be considered the Commission meeting was
adjourned at 8:45 P.M.
