The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of
Euless, Texas was held on July 21, 1959, at 7:15 P.M.
Those present were; Warren Fuller, Chairman, Dan Peters, Secretary,
M. E. Merrill and Altar Horton.
1.
The commission considered written request of Dan Peters, owner of
the property, to approve proposed subdivision of 12.3 acres of land
out of the A. J. Huitt Survey, to be called Park Terrace Addition to
the City of Euless.
2.
Motion was made by M. E. Merrill and seconded by Altar Horton to
approve the subdivision. All members present voted in famoc of the
motion.
No further business to be considered the Commission meeting was adjourned
at 7:30 P.M.
