The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission
of ?Mess, Texas was held on June 2, 1959 at 7:30 P.M.
Those present were: Warren Fuller, Chairman, Dan Peters,
Secretary, Altar Horton and M. E. Merrill.

The Commission considered • written request by Ross Cannon
to change from "A" Zone Residential to Commercial Zoning,
District "C" of Lot e, Ross Cannon Addition to the City
of Huless, Tees, which lot is 193 feet front on South
Malik Street and 193 feet deep. Motion was made by M. I.
Merrill and seconded by Altar Horton to approve this
request. All members of the Commission present voted
in favor of this motion.

The Commission considered a written request by Warren
Fuller to change from "A" Zone, Residential to Commercial
Zone, District "C" of 9 lots of 90 feet each fronting
on Worth Main Street, being Lots 1 through A inclusive
in Bloch 2 and Lots 1 through 3 inclusive in Block 3
all in Huless Gardens Addition to the City of Euless,
Texas. Notion was 'made by Altar Horton and seconded
by M. H. Merrill to approve this request. All members
of the Commission present voted in favor of this notion.
Meeting of the Commission was then adjourned at 5:30 P.M.
