May 6, 1959
The scheduled regular meeting of Tuesday May 4, 1959,
of the Planning and Zoning Commission of Euless , Texas ,
was postponed and held on Wednesday, May 5, 1959, at
7:30 P.M.
Those present were Warren Fuller, Chairman, Dan Peters ,
Secretary, Altar Horton and M. E. Merrill.

The Commission considered a request by letter dated
April 24, 1959, from Ross W. Smith, Vice President of
Rainbow Homes , Inc. , for Commercial Zoning, District
"C" of 9.038 acres of land out of the E. Rogers Survey,
Abstract No. 1299, Tarrant County,Texas, which land
they own in fee simple title and which tract of land is
at the Northeast corner of the intersection of State
Hiway 157 and Pipeline Road, and, which tract is wholly
within the City Limits of Euless , Texas.

Motion was made by Dan Peters and seconded by M. E.
Merrill to approve and favorably recommend zoning of
said 9.038 acres of land for Commercial, District "C"
usage as requested by Rainbow Homes , Inc. All members
of the Commission voted in favor of this motion.
Meeting of the Commission was then adjourned at 8: 30 N.M.
