HomeMy WebLinkAbout1959-04-22 TD 100 U April 22, 1959 First meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, was told on April 22, 1959, at 8:30 P.M. Those present were Warren Puller, Chairman of the CcWIission and presiding, Altar Norton, Bill Randall, M. E. Merrill and Dan Peters. 1. Motion was made by Altar Morton and seconded by M. E. Merrill to appoint Dan Peters as Secretary of the Commission. All members of the commission other than Dan Peters voted in favor of this motion. 2. Motion was made by Hill Randall and seconded by Altar Horton to hold meetings of the Planning and Zoning Commission on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month klby at 9:30 P.M. All members present voted in favor of this motion. 3. Motion made by M. E. Merrill and seconded by Hill Randall to recommend to the City Council the employ- ment of the firm of Mr. Robert Caldwell as Planning Consultants for the City of Euless, Texas. All members present voted in favor of this motion. 4. The Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation to employ the Robert Caldwell firm as Planning Consultants to the City of Euless, Texas, was given to Mayor Millican and the four councilmen in session.
