Gentlemen:
The City Planning and Zoning Commission of Euless, of which I am the chairman, has been
presented with an application by Ralph Switzer* joined in said application by Joseph R. Duc-
kett, and also joined by Warren Fuller, requesting the Commission to recoommend the follow-
ing request: that the property described below!be changed from the present "Residential"
classification to " Local Business".
RALPH SWITZER'S PROPERTY; being 103.7 feet facing on North Main Streeo d extending back 210
feet west, as recorded in book 2604, page 524, of the county records • Tarrant County, Texas.
JOSEPH R. DUCKETT PROPERTY; being 114* feet facing on North , Stree and extending back 190
feet west, as recorded in book 1591, page 323, of the county - •• , . . Tarrant County* Texas.
WARREN FULLER PROPERTY: being 150.9 feet faoing on Nor • ' a Street an' xtending back west
190 feet and lying between the Duckett property on. •e :out' Fuller y=et on the north,
also all of that portion entirely of 'Warren Fulls propert ying north • Fuller Street
facing approximately 100 feet more or less on Mort •' -in S -= =t and extending back 200 feet
west and adjoining Andrew J. Morelook on the North; ,- .d;
The applicants for this change so - , po o - • t in t'eir letter to this Board that 300
feet of the property north from the r . t-of-way • ' Stat- ' • 183, along the west side of
North Main Street is now zoned basin:. - :. The pro•=r y on ioh the zoning is requested to be
changed is a continuation of the pre- , A zoning on down the west side of North Main Street,
in the City of Suisse past Fuller Str t to the soo boundary of the Andrew J, Morelook
property. This property .. on th Mai, rest and extends back from 190 to 210 feet.
They point this out so equec • r. o us and to the City Council will not be
considered out of line . as "spot" zoning.

ber 9th, 1968„ to cons ;- r the abo• - equest and having acted favorably upon this request,
hereby, recoommends tha' - Ci • •cil of Euless, Texas adopt and accept this change in
seining, as herein describe• esidential to local business zoning.
