BOX 355 BU 3-1623 CITY OF EULESS EULESS, TEXAS July 9th, 1958 Honorable Mayor and City Councilmen, Euless City Council, Euless, Texas Gentlemen: The City Planning and Zoning Commission of Euless, of wiaich I am the Chairman, has been presented witn an application by Mr. J. S. Anderson and wire, Mary Anderson, joined in said application by Mr. Joe Umpnress and wife, Mary Uzupress, requesting the Commission to reccornlnend the following request: that Lot 23, Block 13 and Lots 14, 15, 16, 17, lSR,Block 4 be cnanged from the present "Residential" classification to"Local. Business ". These lots are all locatee. in the Bell Ranch Terrace Adl-cion on Hy. 157 and all lots face Hy. 157. The applicants for this change in zoning point out in their letter to this Board that Lots 20, 21, 22, 23, Block 4 and Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, Block 3 of the Bell Hanel" Terrace Addition are already zoned in a "Business" classirication and have been so zoned since the(kap, platting of this addition was filed with the City and County. These lots a. join and are immediately north of the requested change in zoning. Also, all of the property to the east oftis requested change in zoning and across Highway 157 is zoned "Local Business". They point this out so that this request ay them to us anu. to the City Council will not be considered out of' line or as "spot" zoning.
