Gentlemen:
Tne City Planning and Zoning Commission of Euless, of wnicn. I am
the enairman, has been presented with an application by: Alien King
and wife, Sue; H. n. fuller and wife, Editn; i-caymond Fuller and wife,
Lorena, Euless, Texas, requesting the Commission to recommend the
following request; This action on the part of these people, I under-
stand, being taken due to a recommendation made at a previous City
Council meeting in order to avoid spot zoning.
ibis recommendation was that all property on the east side of
Main Street from the south boundary of Lot 24 of the Alexander and
Cullum sub-division north to the present business zoning be changed
from present residential to the proper business classification in
order to prevent spot zoning.
A. . the property presented to you for reclassification for zoning
is as follows:
1 . Tne balance of Lot A, Alexander and Uu.L.LUm sub-division not
previously zoned; this being about l5i feet facing South Main street.
2. 200 feet facing South Main Street belonging to Allen ping and
wife, Sue.
3.55 feet facing South. Main Street belonging to H. h. fuller and
wife, ditn.
4. 109.5 feet facing South Main Street belonging to Raymond Fuller
and wife, Lorena.They actually own 171.5; but b2 feet of this amount
is already included in the present business zoning.
Attached for your consideration and further information is the
letter wnicn was sent us by these people requesting tale zoning.
tae City Planning and. Zoning Commission of Euless met ,
1958, in special session to consider the above request and flaying
acted favorably on this request recommends that the City Council of
Euless; adopt and accept this change in zoning as herein described
from resi:;.ential to business zoning.
