Gentlemen:
Tne City Planning and Zoning Commission of Euless, of wnicn Ilan
the cnairman,nas been presented with an application by Mr.
L. King, Euless, Texas, requesting the Commission to recommend the
two following requests:
A- To adopt and recommend that the Euless City Council adopt
a plat submitted herewith sub-dividing Tract 24, of the
Alexander & Cullum Sub-division, in the City of Euless,
and thus creating Lot A, of Tract 24, of said sub-division.
1-Attached is the original plat,as surveyed by J. R.
Dunaway, Registered Public Surveyor, enclosed for the
Mayor's signature, if you approve of this. This plat
can then be filed of permanant record. My signature
has already been affixed.
B- To Zone this lot, if necessary to re-zone, to the proper
zoning to allow a very modern medical clinic to be built
on this lot. This clinic to comply with o all City. Ordinances
and to be constructed of brick and stone and of a design
which will fit in with and complement all surronding struc-
tures.
1-Attached for your consideration and further informa-
tion is the letter which was sent us by Mr. King
incorporating his original request, telling more
about the clinic.
The City Planning and Zoning Commission of Euless met t 1956
in special session to consider the two above requests and having
acted on the two requests, recommends that the City Council of Euless;
1- Adopt and accept the sub-division of Tract 24,Alex-
ande r & Cullum Sub-division, creating Lot A.
2- Adjust the zoning, if necessary, or allow the Med-
ical Clinic to be constructed on said Lot A.
