October 19, 1965
CALL TO o.DER I.
The regular meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission
was called to order by the Chairman, Henry Uselton. The following members
were in attendance: Messrs, L. J, Weber and Don Hastings.
Also present, Jack M. Bullard, City Inspector.
PRESENTATION OP MINUTES III
The minutes of the previous meeting were read by the
recording secretary in the abeence of the secretary. The minutes were
corrected by motion of Dot Hastings as follows: Item It - the motion was
seconded by LaVern Smith, etc, to read - the motion was seconded by LaVern
Lee. Motion for correction seconded by L . J4 Weberi motion carried unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS III.
A, John Ball •. Plat Revision and Drainage - Midway Park No. 3 - Grades
on Harwood Road, Street Contract No. 3.
This item deleted from the Agenda at the request of the City Engineers.
(Rescheduled for the next regular meeting of the Planning & Zoning
Commission on November 2, 1965.)
NEW BUSINESS IV,
A. Commercial Permit #27 - J. J. Thomas - Medical Clinic - 800 North
Industrial Blvd. (This permit approved by the City Council at the
regular meeting, October 12, 1965)
After discussion and a review of the plans and specifications, the
permit was recommended for approval by a motion from Don Hastings.
The motion was seconded by L. J. Weber; the motion passed unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT V.
The meeting was adjourned by general consent of the
members at 8:35 p.m.
