Regular Meeting
of the
Planning and Zoning Commission
September 3, 1968
CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning
Commission was called to order in the Council Chambers of Euless City Hall at 8:00 P. M. ,
with Vice Chairman Jack Browne presiding. Members present are listed as follows:
Doctors Richard Lande, and Harold Hall ; Mr. Browne. (Absent: Messrs. Leonard Weber
and Bill Tench) .
Also present was City Inspector Jack Bullard.
VISITORS
Visitors in attendance are listed as follows:
Messrs. Jerry Baker and Ed Kane.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Minutes of the regular meeting dated August 20,
1968, were approved as written.
FINAL PLAT, FAIRMONT ADDITION,
MR. JERRY BAKER (LOCATED AT
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF PIPELINE
ROAD AND RAIDER DRIVE.
Chairman Browne recognized Mr. Jerry Baker,
who stated that he requests Final Plat. Approval for Fairmont Addition, advising that
the location of this subdivision is at the Southeast corner of Pipeline Road and Raider
Drive,
After a review of the plat, Chairman Browne ad-
vised Mr. Baker that the plat is incomplete and suggested that Mr. Baker complete the
plat prior to presentation at the next regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning
Commission.

RATIFICATION OF COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO, 214,
CALLING A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENTS
TO ZONING ORDINANCE (PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE) .
Chairman Browne presented Euless City Council
Resolution No. 214, calling a Public Hearing to consider proposed amendments to the

Zoning Ordinance of the City of Euless, and setting September 24, 1968, at 8:00 P. M. , as
the date and time for said Public Hearing, to be held by the City Council and Planning
and Zoning Commission for the City of Euless.
Chairman Browne advised that Resolution No. 214
was approved by the Euless City Council , in regular session on August 27, 1968, and had
been submitted for ratification by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Doctor Lande made the motion to approve Joint
Resolution No. 214, calling a Joint Public Hearing, to be held in the Council Chambers of
Euless City Hall on September 24, 1968, at 8:00 P. M. , for consideration of proposed
amendments to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Euless. Doctor Hall seconded the
motion, and the vote is as follows:
Ayes: Mr. Browne; Doctors Lande and Hall
Nays: None
Chairman Browne declared the motion carried.
III .
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 8: 17 P. M.
