Resolution No. 149, calling a Public Hearing for November 18, 1969,
to consider Zoning Case No. 196, the request of Mr. Gene Welch for
rezoning a 3.6 acre tract located in the T. A. Cash Survey, from
Single Fa17,i iy Dwelling District to "C-2" Community Business
District, and a 6.4 arra tract located in the T. A. Cash Survey,
from "Rel" Single-. Family Dwwlling District to "R--3" Multiple Family
Dinal ling District. Mr. Leggett seconded the motion, and the vote
is as follotrrs:
Ayes: Messers. Tench, Leggett, Arth, Cline and Keplinger
Nays: None
Chairman Weber declared the motion carried.

After review and discussion of the
City of Euless Zoning Ordinance No, 347, Members of the Commission
unanimously agreed to recommend to the Euless City Council that
Ordinance No. 347 ba amended to read, as follows:

7-1000 "SP" _ SPECIFIC USE PERMITS
" M The City Council of the City of Euless may, upon
recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning
Commission and after conducting a public hearing
as required for all amendments to the zoning ord-
inance in accordance with the provisions of
