CALL TO OR.DE
The regular meeting of the Planning and
Zoning Commission was called to order at 8:20 P. M. in the Council Chambers of
Euless City Hall , with Chairman Leonard Weber presiding. Members present are
listed as follows: Messrs . Jack Browne , Bill Tench and Leonard Weber. (Absent:
Doctor Har,Dld Hall and Doctor Richard Lande)
Also present were City Inspector Jack M.
Bullard and Recording Secretary Florence Murr.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Minutes of the previous meeting, dated
March 18, 1969, were approved as written.

As there were neither proponents nor
opponents present for the Public Hearing on Zoning Case No. 188, the matter was
tabled until the next regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

Chairman Weber presented Resolution No.
134, calling a Public Hearing to consider the request of Mr. Piers Chance for re-
zoning a 7.914 acre tract out of the J . P. Halford Survey Abstract 711 , from "R-1"
Single Family Dwelling District to "R-3" Multiple Family Dwelling District . Chair-
man Weber advised that the property is located at the Southwest corner of Midway
and Ector, and that the suggested date for the Public Hearing is April 15, 1969.
Mr. Tench made a motion to approve Resolution
No. 134, calling a Public Hearing on Zoning Case No. 189, to be held on April 15,
1969. Mr. Browne seconded the motion , and the vote is as follows:
Ayes: Messrs . Tench , Browne and Weber
Nays: None
Chairman Weber declared the motion carried .

from "R-1" Single Family Dwelling District to "R-3" Multiple Family Dwelling
District . (Property tosated on East side of North Main Street, North of Somerset
Place) . Chairman Weber advised that the suggested date for Public Hearing is
April 15 , 1969..
Mr. Tench made the motion to approve
Resolution No. 135 , calling a Public Hearing on Zoning Case No. 190 for April 15,
1969. Mr. Browne seconded the motion, and the vote is as follows:
Ayes: Messrs . Tench, Browne and Weber
Nays: None
Chairman Weber declared the motion carried .
