Planning and Zoning Commission
October 17, 1972
CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Planning
and Zoning Commission was called to order at 8:20 P. M. in the Council
Chambers of Euless City Hall with Chairman Jack Cline presiding. Members
present are listed as follows : Messrs. Robert Johnson, Richard Leggett,
Harry Arth, Herman Wallace, Carl Tyson, and Ray Ozebek.
Also present was City Inspector Jack
Bullard.
VISITORS
Visitors in attendance are listed
as follows : Mesdms. Earl Holcomb and Charles Counts ; Messrs. Earl Holcomb,
Bobby G. Black, James Rasor, Allen King, C. G. Ferrell , Robert L. Smith,
Dale Uswell , S. R. Valentino, V. E. Romine, and John M. Duhon.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Arth moved to approve minutes of
the regular meeting dated October 3, 1972. Mr. Wallace seconded the
motion and the vote is as follows :
Ayes: Messrs. Arth, Wallace, Leggett, Johnson, Tyson,
Ozebek, and Cline
Nays : None
Chairman Cline declared the motion carried.
PUBLIC HEARING: AMERICAN DIVERSIFIED PROPERTIES , INC .
REQUEST FOR CHANGE OF ZONING DISTRICT, FROM "R-1 " SINGLE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT TO "PD" PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT. (PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF SH 183 AND EAST
OF CULLUM DRIVE.) (ZONING CASE NO. 226)
Chairman Cline opened the Public Hearing
on Zoning Case No. 226, and inquired if a representative from American
Diversified Properties was present. There being no representative present,
the zoning case was rescheduled for November 21 , 1972.

MEETING OF NOVEMBER 7, 1972 CANCELLED
Mr. Arth moved to cancel the regular
meeting of November 7, 1972 because of the general election to be held
on this date.

Mr. Leggett seconded the motion
and the vote is as follows :
Ayes : Messrs. Arth, Leggett, Wallace, Johnson, Tyson,
and Cline
Nays: Mr. Ozebek
Chairman Cline declared the motion carried.
