Planning and Zoning Commission
September 4, 1973
CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Planning and
Zoning Commission was called to order at 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers
of Euless City Hall by Chairman Carl Tyson. Other members present were
Messrs. Don Perkins, Robert Johnson, Ray Ozebek, Richard Leggett and
Herman Wallace. (Absent was Mr. Bob Pippin.)
Also present were City Inspector Jack
Bullard and Recording Secretary Becky Lowrance.
VISITORS
Visitor in attendance was Mrs . Willie
Mae McCormick.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Ozebek moved to approve minutes of
the regular meeting dated August 21 , 1973, as written.
Mr. Perkins seconded the motion and the
vote is as follows:
Ayes: Messrs. Perkins , Johnson, Ozebek, Leggett , Wallace, and Tyson
Nays: None
Chairman Tyson declared the motion
carried .
REPORT ON STUDY OF MASTER ZONE PLANNING
FOR AREA FROM FM157 TO FULLER-WISER ROAD
AND HARWOOD ROAD NORTH TO GLADE ROAD
The members were not ready to report on
their study of the area in question. After a lengthy discussion, Mr. Ozebek
made a motion that they divide up into two groups.
These groups are to meet on their own to
discuss and draw a proposed master plan zoning. At the next regular meeting,
the two recommendations will be discussed and decided on what the master
plan should be between North Main and Fuller-Wiser Road .
Mr. Wallace seconded the motion and the
vote is as follows:
Ayes: Messrs. Perkins , Johnson, Ozebek, Leggett, Wallace, and Tyson
Nays: None

Chairman Tyson declared the motion
carried .

The meeting adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
