OCTOBER 4, 1994
CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting of the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee was called to order at 8:20 P.M.
in the Council Chambers for the consideration of scheduled items.

I. CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION NO. 94-02 CIAC
Consideration of a resolution conveying the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee
Semi-Annual Report for the period January 1, 1994 through June 30, 1994.
Chairman Young called the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee into session to consider
Resolution No. 94-02 CIAC.
He stated the committee finds no inequities in implementing or imposing impact fees; that the
fees are being collected in accordance with State law; and that the current Land Use Assumptions
and Capital Improvement Plan are adequate.
He also reviewed memorandums from Paul Kruckemeyer, City Engineering; Alice Norwood,
Finance; Kevin Mercer, Development Services Manager; and Rod Tyler, City Planner regarding
specific areas of responsibilities relative to impact fees.
Committee Member George Zahn made the motion to approve Resolution No. 94-02 CIAC and
was seconded by Committee Member Billy Owens.

The vote was as follows:
Ayes: Committee Members Zahn, Owens, Tyson, Young, Bright, Baldwin, McMillon
Nays: None
The motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 8:23 P.M.
