THAT after careful consideration and study of the 1993 update of the
Land Use Assumptions, the Capital Improvements Plan for water and
sewer and proposed amendments to the Impact Fees (copy attached) , the
(1r Capital Improvements Advisory Committee is of the opinion that they -
are appropriate, and rends their adoption.

THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council and this document serves as our written comments as required
by Section 395.056 of the Local Government Code as recommendation of
the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee. �f
