RESOLUTION APPROVING NOMINATION OF A
CANDIDATE FOR THE TARRANT APPRAISAL DISTRICT
BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR A TWO-YEAR TERM
BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2014.
WHEREAS, the Tarrant Appraisal District is the appraisal district for the City of
Euless, Texas, and it has a governing board of directors that are selected by
participating subdivisions; and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless is one oil these political subdivisions within Tarrant
County; and
WHEREAS, each taxing unit is entitled to nominate a candidate for each of the
five positions to be filled on the Board of Directors;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EULESS,
TEXAS, that John Deithloff to be nominated for a position on the Board of Directors of
the Tarrant Appraisal District for terms of two years beginning January 1, 2014.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 8th day of October 2013, by a vote of
7 ayes, 0 nays, and 0 abstentions.

commercial construction projects.

computerized spreadsheets to support of$20M annual sales bookings. Projects
included institutional and design to build work.

Chief Estimator in charge of preparing estimates for competitive bids using
program developed for use in LOTUS 1-2-3 spreadsheet. Provided estimating
services supporting $30M annual sales bookings. Projects included office
buildings, motels, mfg. and warehousing complexes, distribution centers and
retail facilities.
