Urban Logistics plans three buildings in the Euless business park. (GSR Andrade ) By Steve Brown 11:04 AM on Apr 27, 2021 A Dallas investor and developer has purchased land in Euless for a new business park. Urban Logistics Realty acquired 22 acres at the northwest corner of Pipeline Road and Industrial Boulevard near U.S. Highway 183. The real estate firm plans an industrial park called Urban District 183, with three buildings. The property is the former Cooper’s Driving Range golf center. Construction will start next month on Urban Logistics Realty’s 367,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution project. GSR Andrade Architects designed the development. “We found a unique opportunity with this site in the ability to convert a golf range into a state-of-the-art corporate campus,” Jason Nunley at Urban Logistics said in a statement. “It is becoming harder and harder to find vacant land sites in D-FW, so we are having to get creative. “UD183 will provide a much-needed option as infill locations are seeing an unprecedented demand in the Dallas area,” Nunley said. “Its location in the middle of the Metroplex, within the Mid-Cities, strategically places the development between DFW Airport, Great Southwest and Fort
Worth submarkets.”
Stream Realty is leasing the business park, which will have 100,000-square-foot, 191,000-square-
foot and 75,000-square-foot buildings. Stream’s Luke Davis, Forest Cook and Charles Brewer are
handling the project. The Euless development is Urban Logistics’ second recent industrial project
in North Texas. The company also built a 1 million-square-foot industrial park on Interstate 30 in
Mesquite.
