MEETING OF MARCH 23, 2021

The Teen Court Advisory Board of the cities of Hurst, Euless and Bedford, Texas met at
6:00 p.m. via video conference on the 23rd day of March 2021 with the following members
present:
HURST:
EULESS: Robin Edwards, David Lawwill, Joe Robinson
BEDFORD:
HEB Teen Court Coordinator—Mindy Eichorst
CALL TO ORDER
Advisory Board Chairperson David Lawwill called the meeting to order at 6:07 p.m. with three
Board Members present.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Review, evaluate and discuss HEB Teen Court Teen Volunteer Scholarship
applications.
Four Teen Court applicants were reviewed by the following Advisory Board Members: Chairperson 1_
David Lawwill, Robin Edwards, and Joe Robinson. Teen Court Volunteers who submitted scholarship
applications were the following teens: Tiffany Glasford, L.D. Bell High School, Cayman Hardin, Flower
Mound High School, Parker King, and Phoebe Omonira, Trinity High School.
The Advisory Board Members made a unanimous decision to award Glasford and Omonira with $1,500
and Hardin and King with $1,000 scholarships for a total of$5,000 to be presented at the HEB Teen
Court Recognition on May 5, 2021.
