One suggestion were the following levels: Silver Level $25, Donation, Bronze Level $50, - T-shirt, Golden Level $100, - Certificate of Thanks, Diamond Level $250, - Lunch with the Mayor, Lifetime Level, $500 - Simulator. Several questions of the shirt were asked. Would a T- shirt of "polo style" shirt be preferred? Would there be several different sizes already ordered? Would the shirts be embroidered, or silk screened? Barbara Binz thought the T-shirt (Bronze) would cost more than a Certificate of Thanks (Golden) and suggested the two sponsor levels be switched. Robin Edwards and Renu Sloan both agreed with Ms. Binz about switching the two sponsor levels. Chris Morrison mentioned he preferred the polo style shirts. After much discussion, the Advisory Board Members switched the two sponsor levels to read as follows: Bronze $50 - Certificate of Thanks and Golden $100 - T-shirt. Chairperson Lawwill mentioned he would like the video to be added to the Fundly page and Ms. Eichorst mentioned the HEBISD student was still working on the video but will be sending it to her within the next week. Chris Morrison asked about the "Mayor for the Day" option and Chairperson Lawwill mentioned he thought that might be good for a silent auction item. Renu Sloan asked about All for G0000000d and if they might be willing to assist with the silent auction. 4.
