AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A TRI-
PARTY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF EULESS,
BANK OF AMERICA AND CENTEX /STARCENTER
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY I, L.P.
WHEREAS, the Purchase and Lease Agreement executed by the City of Euless, the Dallas Stars
and Centex /StarCenter Development Company I, L.P. contemplated the need for a tri -party
agreement governing interim construction financing for the Dr Pepper StarCenter at the Parks at
Texas Star; and
WHEREAS, the City has negotiated a tri -party agreement with Bank of America and
Centex /StarCenter Development Company I, L.P.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Euless City Council hereby authorizes the City
Manager to execute a Tri -Party Agreement between the city of Euless, Bank of America and
Centex /StarCenter Development Company I, L.P.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the city Council of the City of Euless, Texas
on the 8th day of February, 2000, by a vote of 6 ayes, 0 nays, and 0
abstentions.
