June 14, 2021
ITEM NO. 1 CALL TO ORDER
A Special Called meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order by Mayor Linda
Martin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 14, 2021, in the Precouncil Conference Room in
City Hall, 201 N. Ector Drive, Euless, Texas. Those present included Mayor Linda Martin
and Council Members Tim Stinneford, Jeremy Tompkins, Eddie Price, Perry Bynum, and
and Harry Zimmer.
Pursuant to Section 67.004 of the Texas Election Code, two members of the City Council
constitute a" -quorum for purposes of canvassing an election.

ITEM NO. 2 CANVASSED THE RETURNS AND DECLARED THE RESULTS
OF THE JUNE 5, 2021 CITY COUNCIL RUNOFF ELECTION
City Secretary Kim Sutter presented the results of the June 5, 2021 City Council Runoff
Election:
TOTAL PERCENTAGE
Place 6 Eric Owens 1,187 46.33%
Tika Paudel 1,375 53.67%
TOTAL BALLOTS CAST: 2,594 (7.84% voter turnout)

Council Member Stinneford motioned to canvass the returns and declare the results of
the June 5, 2021 City Council Runoff Election as presented.
Council Member Bynum seconded the motion.
Ayes: Mayor Martin, Council Members Stinneford, Tompkins, Price, Bynum and
Zimmer
Nays: None
Mayor Martin declared the motion carried.
ITEM NO. 3 ADJOURN
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:01 p.m. -
