ITEM NO. 1 CALL TO ORDER

_A-Spa'-Called meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order by Mayor Linda
Martin-6.85 p.m. on Monday, June 14, 2021, in the Precouncil Room in City Hall, 201 N.
-'Ector Driv.e, Euless, Texas. Those present included Mayor Linda Martin, Council
Members Tim Stinneford, Jeremy Tompkins, Eddie Price, Perry Bynum, Harry Zimmer,
and,tika-P-a idel.
-Others,present included:

City Secretary Kim Sutter
Police Chief Mike Brown
Director of Public Works Hal Cranor
Finance Director Janina Jewell
Information Services Director Scott Joyce
Fleet and Facility Director Kyle McAdams
Director of Parks and Community Services Ray McDonald
Fire Chief Wes Rhodes
Assistant Director of Finance Jackie Theriot
Budget/Treasury Manager Diana Ayala
Accounting Manager Ross Fairclo
ITEM NO. 2 ACCEPTED THE FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022 CRIME CONTROL
AND PREVENTION DISTRICT BUDGET
Finance Director Janina Jewell advised that the Crime Control and Prevention District
Board met earlier for the purpose of holding a public hearing and approving their Fiscal
Year 2021-2022 budget.
Council Member Stinneford motioned to accept the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Crime Control
and Prevention District Budget.
Council Member Zimmer seconded the motion.
Ayes: Mayor Martin, Council Members Tompkins, Stinneford, Price, Bynum,
Zimmer, and Paudel
Nays: None
Mayor Martin declared the motion carried.

ITEM NO. 3 ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:07 p.m.
