WHEREAS, the City of Euless, Texas
Accountability Incentive Block Grant; and
WHEREAS, it has been decided that
designate Tarrant County Juvenile Services
allocated amount.
, has reviewed the 1999 Juvenile

as the intended recipient of the
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Euless waives
the right to apply for the 1999 Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant, and
requests that Tarrant County Juvenile Services receive these funds, and names
Joey Ziemian to serve as a member of the Tarrant County /Fort Worth Juvenile
Crime Enforcement Coalition.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED the 11th day of April, 2000, by a vote of
7 ayes, 0 nays, and 0 abstentions.
