WHEREAS, the City of Euless, Texas, has reviewed the 2000 Juvenile
Accountability Incentive Block Grant; and
WHEREAS, it has been decided that the City of Euless would like to
designate Tarrant County Juvenile Services as the intended recipient of the
allocated amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Euless waives
the right to apply for the 2000 Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant, and
requests that Tarrant County Juvenile Services receive these funds, and names
Harland Westmoreland to serve as a member of the Tarrant County/Fort Worth
Juvenile Crime Enforcement Coalition.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED the 23rd day of January, 2001, by a vote of
7 ayes, 0 nays, and 0 abstentions.
