WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, has determined to assess
certain repair and/or demolition charges against the hereinafter described real property;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that said assessment may be payable
in installments as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EULESS, TEXAS:
I.
That the assessment in the amount of $4,475.00 to be levied against the structure at
401 Atkerson Lane, Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, may be paid to the City in equal
annual installments.
II.
That said assessment installments shall bear interest at the rate of % per annum
from the thirty first (31st) day after the date said assessment shall be placed on the City's
property assessment roll until each said installment shall be paid to the City.
