RESOLUTION NO. 04 -1171
A RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING A REGULAR CITY
COUNCIL MEETING FROM TUESDAY, MAY 25, 2004, TO
THURSDAY, MAY 27, 2004
WHEREAS, members of the City Council will be attending the International
Council of Shopping Centers Conference during the second regularly scheduled
meeting in May, 2004; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 00 -1058 was approved to provide for the rescheduling of
a Regular City Council Meeting to a date other than the second or fourth Tuesday of the
month:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS HEREBY
RESOLVES:
SECTION 1
That the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 25,
2004, has been rescheduled for Thursday, May 27, 2004.
SECTION 2
That the City Secretary shall cause to be published this notice of rescheduled meeting
at least one (1) time in the official newspaper of the city.
APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the 27th day of April,
2004, by a vote of ayes, nays, and abstentions.
